Winter 2026 was the hottest and driest on record for our state. Headlines across the West reconfirm that water supply is and will continue to be a critical issue. At the District, we are proactively preparing for our future needs with key projects, rate structures and conservation programs.

This fall, the District’s Board of Directors will begin evaluating an updated rates and fees structure for 2028 to encourage additional water conservation.
