Overview
Established in 1984, the Castle Pines North Metropolitan District (CPNMD) is a Title 32 Special District located in Douglas County, Colorado. We provide water & wastewater services to approximately 12,000 residents, as well as a number of commercial customers through roughly 4,000 service connections.
Our Mission Statement
Provide sustainable, high-quality, clean, safe, reliable, on-demand drinking water, and wastewater services to the residents of Castle Pines North Metropolitan District at the lowest possible cost.
