In November of 2026, the citizens of Hidden Pointe HOA voted on a ballot measure to join the Metro District.

What happened: The ballot measure passed during the early November election cycle, and the county will officially certify it in December. 

What this means: In late January, Hidden Pointe HOA members will no longer be charged the 20% District surcharge. The Hidden Pointe Metro District will dissolve, and the HOA will officially become part of the District's service area.
